When a modern-day scientist inherits the Transylvanian castle built by his grandfather Victor von Frankenstein, he travels to the old country, and become obsessed with his grandfather’s work in the reanimation of dead tissue. He creates a monster who terrorizes the village, despite his/its erudition and gentle nature.
