On the island of Florodora, Dolores, the daughter of a perfume manufacturer, must fight to regain the formula for Florodora Perfume, and her claim to ownership of the island itself. With the help of Tweedlepunch the phrenologist (who impersonates a ghost in order to scare a confession from the villain) all ends happily.
