Synopsis:
Louie Ketchup, an army cook, elects to remain in France after the war. When rich Paul Trapman discovers that there will be 13 at his table for a grand dinner party, he enlists Louie as the 14th guest. Louie’s gaucheries provide the rest of the plot.
